Our DRO PROS 2 axis Milling Machine kits are currently priced at $599 which includes 2 glass scales of your choice up to 39" in capacity, or travel. If you need scales with travel longer than 39", there is a small surcharge based on length.

Our FAGOR 2 axis Milling Machine kits start at only $1499. Kit prices are based on scale length. Fagor kits carry a lifetime warranty on the glass and a 3 year warranty on components.

Shipping:
Domestic Shipping to the United States: All shipping stateside is via FedEx ground. We charge a flat shipping rate of $43. When FedEx picks up your DRO package from our warehouse (usually towards the end of the day), FedEx automatically emails a tracking number to DRO PROS and yourself. If for some reason you didn't receive a tracking number, please call us and we'll be happy to provide you the tracking number we received.

Domestic Shipping to a Post Office Box: If your destination address is a Post Office or PO Box, we must ship via United States Postal Service as FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. The only method of shipping via USPS available to us is Parcel Post, which is also $43. Please be aware Parcel Post does not generate a tracking number like FedEx (This is one of the main reasons we use FedEx). DRO PROS highly recommends FedEx for all digital readout kits. DRO PROS will not be held liable for delays caused by the Post Office. We know it's slow. That's why we recommend FedEx!
International Shipping outside the United States: All of our shipping is done via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat rate of $80 shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping to all other countries is also a flat rate of $140 via USPS Priority Mail International.
Digital Readout Warranty:
EASSON warranty claims are handled directly by DRO PROS. Simply return the defective product to us and we will either repair, replace or refund the original cost of the item at our discretion. Items that are damaged by improper installation or misuse are not eligible for warranty. Replacement, repair or refund of warranted items is at the sole discretion of DRO PROS. Shipping costs are shared, you pay shipping to us and we pay shipping back to you via the same method you selected on your original order.
Privacy:
DRO PROS maintains strict control over any and all customer data. DRO PROS does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any part of our customer data to any outside agency. All information is utilized solely by DRO PROS for normal ordering and purchase activities.
Returns:
Phone & Website Sales: Phone & Website sales all carry a 14 day Money Back Guarantee. ebay Sales: Carry a 7 day Money Back Guarantee. All merchandise must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and original packaging materials. Over-sized scales (scales larger than 800mm) are not eligible for return. All returns must include all original, undamaged, unmarked packing and boxing materials, warranty cards, manuals etc. Please make sure and double box all returned items. Returned items that are not double boxed cannot be returned for credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Any items not returned in original, unmarked, re-sellable condition will not be eligible for refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee. We charge this restock fee to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep and to protect our already low prices.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a digital readout scale or display, simply return the part back to us and as soon as we receive it, we'll send the correct size part out to you. Over-sized scales (scales larger than 800mm) are not eligible for exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Scales must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and all original packaging materials. Please do not send scales back in their original, unprotected boxes before double boxing them. Again, please make sure and double box all returned items. Returned items that are not double boxed cannot be returned for exchange. Whichever carrier you choose, we highly recommend purchasing insurance. All returned digital readout scales are subject to a $20 restock fee.
Shipping Damage:
Although the DRO PROS shipping team prides itself on their excellent packaging skills, sometimes packages do get damaged during the shipping process. DRO PROS insures all packages against damage, so there is no need for customers to pay for shipping insurance. In the unlikely event this was to happen, please notify DRO PROS immediately and make sure to keep all packaging materials. If possible, pictures of the damaged items/boxes are greatly appreciated as they assist us immensely during the claims process. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Please do not delay reporting shipping damage as shipping claim insurance has very short, and strict, time limits. Once the digital readout items are returned to DRO PROS, the damaged items will be replaced. DRO PROS will refund and/or pay for same class shipping as in the original order for both the return and outgoing packages.

Scales At DRO PROS, we only sell true five bearing glass scales with our kits, and with over 70 different size scales to choose from, we fit your machine right! For .0002" resolution scales up to 39.3" in capacity (models 100mm - 1000mm), the scales are included in the price of the kit and there is no surcharge. Simply tell us what size scale you'd like and we'll send the correct length scale. For scales greater than 39" capacity (our oversize scales), there is a small surcharge based on length when purchased with a kit. Please refer to the chart below for more details:

Price. Probably the most talked about factor when buying a digital readout. Price can also be the most misleading, and perhaps worst way, to judge a digital readout kit. We've all heard the old adage, "You get what you pay for." Before the internet, it was true, price did generally correlate directly to value. But that was yesterdays economy. All resellers obtained their goods the same way, and therefore incurred the same costs. In today's economy, the market has changed drastically. At DRO PROS, we import and sell directly to you. Unlike our competitors, we do not have Western and Eastern sales divisions and multi layers of management to support. One location, one cost, and the savings get passed on to you!
Intuitiveness or "Ease of Use". Probably the most important, and hardest to determine factor when buying a readout. Think in terms of after the sale. Even if you get an absolute 'rock star' bottom line price that would make William Shatner proud, if the digital readout is not user friendly, you still didn't get a 'deal'. The whole point of getting a digital readout is to make your work easier and more enjoyable. If the digital readout is poorly designed, too complicated, if the display isn't bright enough, or in other words is 'user unfriendly', you'll regret your purchase decision every time you turn it on. It simply won't matter what you paid, it's not worth it!
Support. Most likely the second most important, and perhaps most overlooked factor when buying a digital readout. Imagine trying to reach a technician when you've bought a digital readout from an overseas reseller! Yet every day, people "save" $50 and buy products on eBay without stopping to think what will happen when they need service or tech support. Some digital readout resellers don't even publish a phone number! While our competitors continue to pare down or even totally eliminate their customer support, we continue to expand our Customer Service. Warranty. Of course, all DRO PROS digital readout kits come with a standard, 3 Year USA digital readout warranty. Something not quite working correctly? Call us, don't get redirected overseas by the other guys!
Parts. Can you believe some resellers don't carry parts? That's right, buy from the "other guys", break a scale, and you get to replace the entire digital readout kit! Don't assume you can just go buy a different brand scale, either, because most manufacturers use different connectors on their scales. If that wasn't enough, even among those with a common connector, such as a DB9, most are hard wired differently. Finally, don't overlook the cost of parts. At DRO PROS, an 800mm replacement scale will cost you $197. A similar scale sold extensively by a European company will cost nearly $700! Finally, we have a massive inventory of parts, so rest easy - a replacement part is only a phone call away!
